The aim of this campaign was to increase brand awareness and engagement with Setfords Solicitors, a relatively unknown but highly successful consultant-led law firm, thereby encouraging a greater number of lawyers to apply to and ultimately work with them.
Hillyer McKeown chose the National Apprenticeship Week 2017 campaign to celebrate apprentices and demonstrate their commitment to being an ‘employer of choice’ for talent. The ‘ladder of opportunity’ theme promoted career progression while encouraging businesses to consider apprenticeships. Diverse internal and external communications were integrated to maximise the impact.
