The legal profession is for everyone
Elizabeth Robertson discusses her own journey into the legal profession and her passion for the law being an accessible and feasible career for everyone.
This is the first in a series of ‘Challenging Approaches to Alcohol in the Workplace’ podcasts by Laura Uberoi to change attitudes and approaches to alcohol consumption in the legal profession.
Laura speaks with Laura Willoughby MBE and Kieran Pender about how alcohol is a key contributor to bullying and sexual harassment at work.
They discuss why you may want to rethink the drinks options at work events so that no-one feels out of place not drinking.
The panel also give tips on how to create a company/chambers that gives staff and clients permission to choose not to drink.
