Share your experiences as LGBT+ lawyers and allies in the workplace

We’re marking LGBT+ History Month by consulting with the LGBT+ legal community and their allies.

We aim to gain a better understanding of people’s experiences and to improve engagement and support for LGBT+ people.

We would be grateful if you would complete a survey asking about your experiences of being LGBT+ at work or an LGBT+ ally.

The survey includes questions on:

  • coming out at work
  • the experiencing and reporting homophobic, biphobic or transphobic behaviours
  • the role of allies in improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace

The survey is open to members of the LGBT+ legal community and their allies.

How to get involved

The survey will take five to 10 minutes to complete, depending on your answers.

Take the survey

All responses are anonymous. Reporting will be at an aggregate level so that no individual or organisation is identifiable.

The survey will be open throughout LGBT+ History Month and will close on 28 February 2021.

The findings will inform our work to promote diversity and inclusion in the profession and will be shared with you during Pride months.
