Webinar: the pressures facing professional women

The Leeds Law Society diversity and inclusion conference took place in September 2020. The conference was in partnership with the Law Society of England and Wales and explored several diversity and inclusion topics including gender.

This webinar is a recording of the panel event focused on the issues and pressures faced by professional women, with speakers sharing their personal experiences and offering insightful considerations for employers to improve inclusion and support.

The recording also features a short session from Alexa Sage, head of analytics and impact at the Law Society, on measuring the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
