David Keighley was admitted as a solicitor in 1982 and practised in residential conveyancing until retirement from full time practice. He is now a locum and consultant, and provides CPD seminars and webinars on residential conveyancing.

Until his retirement in 2016, David was a partner and head of residential property at a Legal 500 firm in Surrey.

He provided training part time whilst in practice, and now uses his extensive experience with practical conveyancing to cut through academic niceties and make relevant training for busy practitioners.

Working with commercial providers and local law societies, David regularly presents at property law conferences, seminars, webinars, training courses and related events.

David is a contributing author for the Law Society Conveyancing Handbook and provides modules for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) online training course.
