Josephine Duchenne

Josephine was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and trained in London. She has since predominantly worked locally in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, including setting up her own practice where she worked for over 20 years.

Originally working in the corporate field, adding civil litigation and latterly matrimonial to her portfolio, she believes her extensive and valuable experience helps address the needs of clients who come from diverse backgrounds.

Josephine has concentrated on matrimonial matters for the past 20 years. As a member of Resolution, she works within their guidelines to try to reduce conflict.

Josephine is a past president of Bedfordshire Law Society.
