Nikki Krisadtyo is a dual-qualified disputes lawyer (England & Wales and Indonesia) and the president of the British Indonesian Lawyers Association.

Nikki is also the immediate past Indonesian regional representative of the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitration and ADR Forum, and country representative of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration.

Nikki has more than 10 years of experience and regularly represents major clients in complex litigation and arbitration.

He is the first Indonesian advocate to qualify as a solicitor through the SQE route and the 11th ever to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales.

In 2024, Nikki provided an expert testimony on English law before the Indonesian Constitutional Court, resulting in the amendment of the Indonesian arbitration law.

He was recognised as a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation in 2024 and 2025 and a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters' Asian Legal Business in 2023.

His publications have appeared in Kluwer Arbitration Blog, Hukum Online and Asian Legal Business, covering important developments in Indonesian arbitration law.
