Steven studied, trained, qualified and practised in Leicestershire for his whole career.
Before becoming a consultant solicitor in 2020, Steven was a partner at a multi-branch firm in Leicestershire for nearly 10 years.
He qualified in 2008 in a then niche corporate/commercial firm, and ultimately became head of litigation.
Steven is a big believer in doing good for society and is involved with a number of charities. He is also passionate about mental health, life/work balance, equity and equality.
