Gareth Raisbeck

Gareth is a solicitor specialising in general civil litigation, having previously been in-house advocate for the largest debt purchaser in Europe and head of legal procedure and advocacy for a leading, award-winning regional firm. Gareth has particular specialisms in consumer credit and property law, and regularly lectures on civil procedure and legal practice. He also has experience of the Malaysian and Louisianian legal jurisdictions. He sits on the Civil Litigation Section committee, but is otherwise currently on sabbatical.
