Practising in Ghana
Foreign lawyers can practise in Ghana if they:
- are qualified in their home jurisdiction
- have a letter of good-standing from their home bar that satisfies the General Legal Council
- pass the exam in Ghanaian constitutional law and the customary law of Ghana
