The Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) will replace the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) and be open to qualified lawyers from all jurisdictions. The last sitting of the first part of the QLTS is in July 2021, and registration for that exam closes at 5pm UCT+1 on Tuesday 20 April 2021.
