Alex Ruck Keene is a specialist barrister, policy influencer, academic and educator of mental capacity law. Alex has acted in landmark cases at the Supreme Court and as the legal adviser to the Independent Review of the Mental Health Act 1983. Passionate about the promotion of better practice and knowledge of mental capacity law generally, Alex also founded the website Mental Capacity Law and Policy, bringing his expertise knowledge to the general public.
