We offer free helplines for our members to support you both professionally and personally.

Helpline worker with headset on

Our free helplines offer practical support to solicitors and their employees.

All our helplines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We can direct you to other support services for any professional or personal problems you may be facing.

The guidance we offer is based on the information you give us. We do not:

  • offer legal advice
  • accept responsibility for any liability which arises as a result of the guidance we give

Our calls are confidential. However, if we suspect money laundering activity or serious professional misconduct, we may be required to report it to law enforcement agencies.

Our helplines are not available to the public. See our For the Public pages
