Clive Sutton specialises in litigation covering most aspects of private and commercial work. He has been a sole practitioner in Lymington in Hampshire since leaving a partnership in 1998.

Clive has been a committee member of the Sole Practitioners Group (SPG) since 2000, and served as chair, then honorary secretary and chair of the Insurance Sub-committee from 2006.

Since 2017, Clive has been the SPG-nominated Law Society Council member, serving also on the Scrutiny and Performance committee.

He was on the Law Society Council Membership committee for 10 years.
