Karen Bexley is CEO of law firm Bexley Beaumont, a boutique law firm further innovating the fee-share model launched in January 2020.

Karen qualified as an employment solicitor in September 2000 working at a city centre firm.

After progressing to head the employment team, she moved to Beachcroft Wansbroughs (now DAC Beachcroft) and gained experience of working as part of a higher profile international firm acting for large corporate clients.

In 2012, Karen realised that the traditional law firm progression was not aligned with her future ambitions. She wanted to have more control of her career, so commenced work as a fee-share consultant.

During 2019, Karen met co-founder Anna Beaumont and they realised they shared a vision and a passion to create a different type of law firm. Their backgrounds meant they had a wealth of knowledge and experience in both traditional law firms and fee-share firms.

Bexley Beaumont is a boutique law firm with an uncompromising approach to quality and a focus on team culture, collaboration and support.

One of the biggest motivations for establishing Bexley Beaumont was to provide a new choice for both lawyers and clients by further innovating the fee-share model.
