Women in Leadership in Law
Since 1990 women have represented over 60% of new entrants into the profession, and there are now more women than men practicing as solicitors. These statistics and role models are encouraging, yet it is clear that more can still be done. One of our key aims is to develop an international platform for women and men to discuss how to support women in leadership roles in the profession.
