Where can I get help with the NCA SAR portal?

I’m a money laundering reporting officer (MLRO). I registered my firm on the suspicious activity report (SAR) portal. Does the National Crime Agency operate a help desk in case I need assistance?

The National Crime Agency (NCA) operates a portal help desk, which is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

However, the help desk cannot support with specific IT issues or provide legal guidance on the submission or contents of a SAR.

You can call the help desk on 0207 238 8282 or email urgent or complex queries to ukfiusars@nca.gov.uk.
