Law Society admissions ceremony 28 June 2024

Our admissions ceremonies are open to all solicitors admitted to the roll in England and Wales. There is no time limit to attend. Book your ceremony once you are admitted and celebrate your success entering the profession in the historic Law Society’s Hall.

The Law Society admissions ceremony will take place at the Law Society in London where you will be presented to the president of the Law Society, Nick Emmerson, or one of our office holders: our vice president Richard Atkinson or our deputy vice president Mark Evans.

Your ticket price includes your admission along with two guest tickets. A third guest ticket is available to purchase separately (subject to availability) after the main booking is made. The ceremony will be live streamed on the Law Society’s YouTube channel for any guests not able to attend and the recording will be available for a limited time afterwards. This is a private recording and access will be given to you by direct link on the understanding that the link will not be shared publicly and that no part of the recording or any still images taken from the recording will be shared on social media or in any other public forum.

Celebrate and share your success by using #LawSocAdmissions on social media!
