Simply click through to the online form – it’ll take about 10 minutes to complete.
Mustard is an independent agency, which works in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
Mustard will collect and analyse all the feedback shared, so your views will remain anonymous and not be reported to the Law Society in such a way that they can be identified to you or any organisation you work for.

Whether you work in private practice, as an in-house solicitor, freelance or don't currently hold a practising certificate, have your say.
- At the end of the survey, you will have the option to enter into a free prize draw for a chance to win one of five £250 John Lewis vouchers. Entry into the prize draw is only possible by completing the survey.
- By entering the prize draw, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- This survey and prize draw is being run by Mustard Market Research Limited (the Promoter) on behalf of the Law Society. The registered address is Mustard Research, The Lightwell, 61 & 63 Brown Street, Manchester, M2 2JG
- This prize draw opens on Wednesday 12 November 2025 and closes on Friday 5 December 2025. All survey responses shared with the Law Society will be anonymised, unless permission to share views is given by the respondent at the end of the survey. Prize draw entries will not be shared with the Law Society and will only be used for the administration of this prize draw in line with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Survey responses will not influence the outcome of the prize draw. The winner will be selected at random, and the content and quality of any survey responses will have no bearing on the selection process.
- Each participant is permitted a single entry into the prize draw. Multiple submissions of the associated survey will not result in additional entries: only the first valid entry will be considered.
- Winners must be over 18 years of age.
- Employees of the Law Society are not eligible to win.
- The winners of the prize draw will be selected at random from all entrants of the prize draw.
- Prizes will be dispatched electronically to the email address provided within 30 days of notification.
- The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Details of the prize winners (first initial of first name and surname) will be made available for four weeks following the draw date. To request this information, please send a stamped addressed envelope to: Mustard Research, Prize Draw Winners, The Lightwell, 61 & 63 Brown Street, M2 2JG.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding.
