Law Society members can download, print and distribute the leaflets.
Leaflet for clients
The leaflet for clients explains why you might need to ask them to prove who they are. It also gives some examples of documents they can use to prove their identity.
You could keep the leaflets in reception for clients to pick up or hand them one when you first meet them.
