HMCTS user needs workshop - scheduling and listing

Are you actively involved in cases that require court appearances?

HMCTS want to explore how to improve legal professionals' experiences of scheduling and listing through technology and processes as part of their wider court reform programme.

Three workshops will be held in London in January, February and March 2019. Each session will last for half a day.

They will be looking at:

  • understanding legal professionals' experiences of listing practices - what works and what doesn't
  • generating ideas for the future around how new technology could improve the listing experience
  • developing prototypes and taking them 'on the road'

It is the Law Society's position that technology is not to be implemented unless it has been tested, evaluated and proven to work.
