About Matthew Harris

Matthew is a partner specialising in IP and IT litigation at Waterfront Solicitors. Matthew played an instrumental role in leading Law Society discussions with the Law Commission to bring about much-needed legislative change to the unjustified threats regime in intellectual property. He gave evidence during the bill’s passage to the House of Lords in October 2016.
