The Immigration Law Advanced accreditation covers all types of immigration law work.
Members will have shown that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of immigration law, be that in private practice or working for an organisation regulated by the Office for the Legal Services Commissioner.

In order to complete the application process for the Immigration Law Advanced accreditation, please follow the steps below:
Read the general application criteria and guidance (PDF 361 KB), which is applicable to all Law Society accreditations and the Immigration Law Advanced accreditation guidance (PDF 89 KB).
Download and complete:
A fee is applicable for each application. See the fee schedule (PDF 230 KB) for full details of accreditation costs.
Email your completed application form to us at:firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will contact you to confirm the amount payable once we have checked and start processing your application.
When emailing your application, please do not send files exceeding 18MB. If necessary, please send your supporting documents in separate emails.
