Resilience and wellbeing workshops

In this workshop you'll learn ways to assess and manage your own wellbeing – so you can be at your best at work, and away from it.

The workshop will help you:

  • understand what makes you feel stressed
  • improve your time management skills
  • cope with challenging situations and people
  • build your confidence and resilience

The workshop is available in two formats:

  • face to face
  • virtual
