In the spring we surveyed 200 of the largest in-house legal teams for their views on the impact of COVID-19. Here we find out the key findings from this survey, what the Law Society priorities and activities are around some of these findings and discuss with two respondents of the survey about their own challenges and issues.
Sarah is Senior Vice President, Legal Corporate Affairs and Pharma Supply Chain at GlaxoSmithKline. She manages a team in London and the US providing legal support for Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Business Development and Corporate, Global Employment Law, Digital and Privacy, Competition Law and Trade Sanctions and Export Controls.
Simon Man is Deputy General Counsel UKI at Deutsche Bank AG London Branch. He has spent over 15 years in APAC where his last role was heading up the structured finance legal teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and Mumbai. On his return to London, he has had various roles including the Global Head of Documentation, and heading up the teams for Asset Wealth Management and Regulatory. He is current responsibility include managing the teams for Regulatory, Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement, Data Privacy, TIS and Company Secretariat.
