Linda Lee specialises in regulatory and disciplinary law at national law firm Radcliffes LeBrasseur.

Linda is chair of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme, which provides advice and assistance to solicitors facing professional and personal difficulties. She is a past president of the Law Society.

She is a commissioner for the Criminal Cases Review Commission, the statutory body responsible for investigating alleged miscarriages of justice in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. She is a member of its board, deputy chair of the body corporate and chair of the stakeholder group.

Linda is a former president of Northamptonshire and the current co-chair of the executive board of Leicestershire Law Society. She runs a small firms support group for both societies.

Linda sits as legal chair for the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (General Medical Council), the Taxation Disciplinary Board and the Family Health Services Appeals Unit of the National Health Service Litigation Authority.

She is a panel member for HS2's Need to Sell Scheme and a member of the Licence Committee that hears appeals of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority.

She is a former president and serving Council member of the Medico-Legal Society. Linda is a director of ICLR, a member of its executive board and pension trustee of its pension fund.

Linda lectures and writes on regulatory issues.
