Sharon Banga

Sharon Banga is a senior associate for Shoosmiths LLP specialising in clinical negligence.

She is an accredited Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel specialist with over 15 years experience in the field. Her main role is as a solicitor for Claimants extending to supporting her department with business development and liaising with multiple health charities to assist their members.

Sharon deals with all areas of clinical negligence law on behalf of claimants including specialist interests in brain, spinal, kidney, birth and amputation injuries. She also investigates cases involving delays in the diagnosis of various conditions, issues incurred during multiple types of surgery, cases involving rogue surgeons and fatality cases including representation of bereaved families for the inquest process.
