Mark Anderson is a managing partner at Anderson Law LLP and a visiting professor at the Institute of Brand and Innovation Law, University College London.

Mark was highly commended at the Law Society Awards and received the UCL Provost Teaching Award for his course on intellectual property transactions.

Mark is a transactional intellectual property lawyer, acting mostly for universities and high-tech companies.

After periods as an in-house lawyer and with a large firm in London, he started his own firm in 1994.

He was a sole practitioner until 2011, when he formed an LLP with a former trainee. Anderson Law LLP now has five partners and 15 other staff.

He is the author of two Law Society books, Drafting Confidentiality Agreements and Execution of Documents.
