Muntech Kaur

Muntech has worked in divorce and separation law for almost 20 years. Some of her specialisms include:

• divorce (including contested proceedings)
• financial remedy including matters of high net worth, foreign assets and proceedings with multiple interveners
• Family Law Act proceedings in respect of applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders
• pre- and post-nuptial and separation agreements

Muntech has undertaken pro bono work for numerous organisations, including Romford Independent Legal Advice Centre whilst studying at university and post-qualification for Citizens Advice Bureau.

In 2017, she took part in the Law Society’s national advertising campaign.

Muntech is also the president of the Society of Asian Lawyers.
