Dr Emily O’Neill is the general counsel UK for Deminor, a leading international litigation funder. She has been named as one of the world’s leading IP strategists in the IAM Strategy 300, a Corporate IP Star by MIP and sits on the board of AIPPI UK and AIPPI’s In-house advisory committee.

She was previously general counsel for Servomex, a scientific instrumentation business, and is a strategic litigator, having held positions managing global disputes both leading an in-house team at Spectris plc and in private practice at Bird & Bird, London.

Emily has broad litigation and risk management experience from managing post-merger-and-acquisition disputes in the US to employment disputes in China.

She also sits as a representative of the corporate sector on the Council of the Law Society of England and Wales as well as on its In-house committee.
